What people have to say about
me...
Mrs. G - Daughter
We would like to express our sincere
thanks for leading such a lovely funeral service for our mum.
It couldn’t have
gone better for us, we really felt we were able to celebrate Mum’s full and happy life
and this then continued through to the wake afterwards.
It’s strange, funerals are things you naturally dread but we now realise how
important they are for the bereaved. We all feel a little better and we truly own much
of that to your professionalism and kindness. You have gratitude and respect.
Mr. T - Husband
Morning Lesley.
Just wanted to
send a quick note to say thank you for reading yesterday at L’s funeral.
It
went really well.
Mrs. H - Daughter
Lesley recently officiated at the
ceremony for my mum’s funeral. From the outset she was organised, empathetic and helpful
with ideas and thoughts which enabled us to construct the service we wanted.
She sent regular email updates and organised really helpful zoom calls. Her past
experience as a teacher meant she was practical when helping us involve our young
grandchildren in the service.
Comments from our friends and family included ‘the Celebrant made the ceremony very
personal to Norma. I found the service uplifting. And the Celebrant ensured the service
went smoothly and her eulogy was extremely fitting for the occasion.
Thank you for making mum’s send off such a positive experience.
Mrs. Summers - Daughter In law
When we first met Lesley was for the
funeral of my father in law.
She was very respectful and sympathetic for our
loss and listened to us talking about his life.
His wife was telling Lesley
about the life they had together. She went above and beyond helping us with what needed
to be done.
She couldn’t do enough for us for what we wanted in the service.
Lesley came to see us a couple of times to make sure everything was right.
We can’t thank Lesley enough for the support she gave us, it was a beautiful service.
Mr. Taylor - Friend
A close friend's funeral was an amazing
and great send off.
The research put in and the way it went was absolutely
fantastic so professionally done couldn't of gone any better than it did.
A
massive thank you to Lesley for the service and kind words.
Ms. Burton - Daughter
Amazing lady made me feel
relaxed.
When she came to talk about my Dad and even though I didn't have much to
say, she managed to create an amazing service.
Funny as well as heart warming and
thought of every detail I forgot.
Would
recommend.

Anon. - Grateful Son
Sadly and following a short illness I
lost my ageing father and like so many before me I was new to this and found help and
advice from ‘traditional’ sources a little underwhelming and unimaginative.
A
couple of years later Mum followed, Dad and I remembered Lesley and we started talking.
Well what a difference! I wasn’t being ‘rushed’; I felt I was being listened to;
I felt there were other options; the whole process was more calming and so much less
‘dictatorial’.
No one in the family wanted to help with a eulogy. Lesley helped
me with mine. I was ‘prompted’ to think of special tear jerking moments that I would
never have thought of by myself.
It was still my eulogy but so much better than
it might have been and with no repetition from Lesley on the day. Teamwork in a very
difficult time.
I always work closely with all of my
clients to ensure they are happy with every last detail.
